Our desire to develop an easy to live in modern villa has resulted in the creation of the Old Mill Villas community. Scheduled to complete in September 2020, experienced artisans working to international standards with high quality materials have created a community of wonderful homes.

As we near completion the daily transformation to the final product is visibly evident. This past month has seen an increased focus on the entrance and business center with the iconic "Old Mill" nearing completion. Paving of the internal road is nearing completion and the landscaping program is progressing at a steady pace. Installation of the kitchen units will commence in the next two weeks which is one of the last milestones on the finishing program prior to final snagging and handover.
The last 4 bedroom unit, B2, has now been reserved and only one unit remains, namely Villa A8 which is a 3 bedroom unit.
